We've been coming to Jaliscos for many years, starting with the previous owners. I have never had any complaints over the food or service. They have plenty of parking and offer seating for very large groups. There is sometimes live music too. We will continue to come here.

The food is great, portions are large and the in-restaurant service as well as the take out are excellent. Many establishments recently have "reduced the quality of their take out service by not including what would normally come with the dine-in service." Jalisco's has continued to deliver high quality service be it to dine-in or for take-out. The ambience is "homey", old Mexican golden oldies with mariachis in the background. Busy hours are noisey but service courteous and friendly.

I was introduced to Chile Colorado 20 year ago and when I sample a new Mexican restaurant, I look for it on the menu. Jalisco's happens to be one of my favorites. Located in the Vons shopping center in El Centro, Jalisco's is one of Imperial Valley's staples. I've been going for three years and come hungry because the portions can be generous. The staff has always been amazing and the look and feel is what I love to experience; warm, inviting and authentic. You won't find this place in the middle of Gas Lamp but this "mom and pop" delivers on everything that's wonderful about a small business. It's the charm of this place that has me returning.
